A gang of suspected bandits have launched an attack in Matsai communities in Kaita Local Government Area.
It is the first kind of such attack by the suspected bandits in the village.
The bandits who are said to be seven in number attack Matsai village at around two on Monday morning.
On arrival at the village, the bandits attack the house of a business man, Alhaji Lawal Ragazo, who escaped unhurt but his brother, Sani chairman, was shot dead by the bandits.
Also, one Isiya Alheri was shot on his shoulder but he is now receiving treatment.
The bandits also took away a Kasea motorcycle of Alhaji Lawal Ragazo after ransacking the House.
They attack the House of a PoS operator, Ali Kwali who luckily escaped unhurt.
Around eight o’clock in the morning police from Kaita Divisional Police Office arrived at the deceased House, took some pictures before the body was buried according to Islamic rites.
