The Katsina State Government is currently holding its 17th Regular Executive Council Meeting at the Council Chamber of the Government House, Katsina, chaired by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.
As you are aware, the State Government convenes these meetings every week to review progress, assess policies, and strengthen coordination among ministries and agencies. The goal is to accelerate the overall development of the state and enhance the quality of governance for the people of Katsina.
Today’s session brings together commissioners, special advisers, and senior government officials to deliberate on ongoing projects, evaluate policy implementation, and consider new proposals that align with the administration’s Building Your Future vision.
Discussions at the meeting also centered on the 2026 Budget, following the completion of budget defense sessions by MDAs before the legislature.
The deliberations further focus on key sectors such as agriculture, education, healthcare, internal security, and economic empowerment, with a strong emphasis on transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth.
