Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has paid an inspection visit to the newly rehabilitated and expanded Rahusa Ventures Pharmacy in Katsina.
The Governor was conducted round the facility by the Managing Director of the pharmacy, Dr. Khalid Muhammad, as he inspected key departments, including the dispensing and consultation unit, drug compounding and quality control section, patient counselling unit, diagnostic and laboratory services, cold-chain storage for vaccines and insulin, administrative offices, as well as the warehouse for safe drug storage and inventory management.
Governor Radda also toured other sections of the complex to assess the level and quality of the upgrade, noting that the modern facilities will enhance access to quality and affordable pharmaceutical and healthcare services for the people of the state.
He commended the management for the impressive expansion and for meeting modern pharmaceutical standards, describing the development as a positive contribution to healthcare delivery in Katsina State.
The Governor was accompanied by the Member representing Musawa/Matazu Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu (General), the Chairman of Mashi Local Government Area, Hon. Salisu Kallah Dankada, and other top government officials.
