Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda has announced plans to introduce new legislation aimed at protecting forest reserves and newly planted trees across the state.
Speaking in Hausa, in a short video clip circulated on the web, at the Public Engagement, 2025 Citizens Budget Participation Process and Launching of Community Development Programme held in Daura, Katsina, Governor Radda called on citizens to actively resist bandits and protect their communities.
