Katsina State government has appreciated the contribution of civil servants towards the successful implementation of its policies and programs.
The Head of civil service of the state Alhaji Falalu Bawale stated this during the sendforth ceremony organized for the outgoing general manager of Katsina State Hospital Services management board Dr Sabi’u Liyadi.
The program held at general hospital katsina was attended by some members of the state executive council, permanent secretaries, chief executive officers of MDAs, family members, friends, associates and other well wishers.
The Head of civil service who congratulated the celebrant Dr sabi’u Liyadi for the successful completion of 35 years in service wished him more success in his future endeavors.
Alhaji Falalu Bawale described the celebrant as hardworking and dedicated medical practitioner and called on the younger generation to emulate his good qualities.
The special Adviser to governor DIKKO Umar Raddah on public service reform, Alhaji Usman isyaku highlighted the leadership qualities of Dr Sabi’u Liyadi in the last 35 years as public servant, prayed for him Allah’s guidance and fruitful life after service.
Alhaji Usman isyaku said the celebrant being his elder brother has never been found compromising integrity during his service and called on him to sustain the spirit.
In their separate remarks the special Adviser on labour and productivity Alhaji Tanimu Lawal Saulawa, the Managing Director of katsina State water board, Engineer Tukur Hassan Tingilin and the representative of the board chairman of the hospital services management board Alhaji yahaya karawa extolled the virtues of the celebrant through out his 35 years in public service.
They wished him success in his future undertakings and charged other civil servants to copy from his wealth of experience.
The celebrant Dr Sabi’u Liyadi expressed appreciation to the organizers of the program for the honor done to him and assured to continue to contribute towards the development of katsina State at all times.
Dr sabiu liyadi equally commended the state Governor Malam DIKKO Umar Raddah for the opportunity given to him to contribute in that capacity as the chief executive of the hospital board.
Other speakers at the occasion spoke on the good attitude and leadership qualities of the celebrant and wished him more Allah’s guidance and fruitful life after retirement.
Highlights of the occasion include presentation of gifts and surveneur to the celebrant by the dignitaries who graced the event.
