Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has congratulated former Governor of Katsina State, Barrister Ibrahim Shehu Shema, on his inauguration today as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), following his earlier appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
