Governor Radda Appoints Engr. Mustapha Sama’ila Ingawa as SSA on Media and Strategy

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has approved the appointment of Engr. Mustapha Sama’ila Ingawa as Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Media and Strategy, in line with the administration’s drive to strengthen communication, policy strategy, and public engagement under the Building Your Future agenda.

Engr. Ingawa, a Chemical Engineering graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Rome Business School, Nigeria, and is currently pursuing another Master’s degree in Energy Economics, Management and Policy at the University of Port Harcourt.

He previously served as Technical Assistant on Climate Change and Sustainable Development at the Office of the Hon. Minister of Housing and Urban Development, where he contributed to policy formulation, strategic communication, and alignment of national housing and urban development frameworks with global best practices and sustainable development goals (SDGs).

With strong expertise in project management, policy analysis, leadership, and social media communications, Engr. Ingawa brings to his new role a blend of technical knowledge and strategic insight that will further enhance the government’s media and communication machinery.

Governor Radda expressed confidence that his appointment will add value to the administration’s communication strategy and support ongoing efforts to project the state’s vision and development priorities effectively.

The Governor charged the new appointee to demonstrate dedication, integrity, and professionalism in discharging his responsibilities, in line with the administration’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and service to the people.
