Katsina state Police Commissioner, Bello Shehu has addressed the newly passed-out police constables deployed to the command, congratulating them on their achievement.
During the address on Friday, the Commissioner of Police urged the newly passed-out constables to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity while discharging their duties, emphasising that discipline is the bedrock of the job and the cornerstone of effective policing.
The CP called on them to maintain the highest level of discipline, thereby promoting the core values of the Nigeria Police Force, and stressed that their conduct, as representatives of the Force, will shape public perception.
Additionally, the CP cautioned them against all forms of corrupt practices and misconduct, stressing the importance of resisting temptation and maintaining transparency in their actions, and reminding them to be mindful of their role in promoting a positive image of the Force.
Furthermore, the CP encourages the new constables to serve with dedication, honour, and distinction and to be civil and courteous towards members of the public, upholding the Force’s values and earning the trust and respect of the public they serve.
