The Chairman Appropriation Committee Katsina State House of Assembly, Alhaji Lawal Haruna Yaro says there are four pillars of budget.
Alhaji Lawal Haruna who is representing Musawa Local Government in the State House of Assembly, stated this during a one day roundtable organized by Citizens Participation Against Corruption Initiative held at the conference hall of NUJ State Secretariat Katsina.
Alhaji Lawal Yaro explained that the four Pillars were Federal Government Allocation, Internally Generated Revenue IGR, Capital Receipt and Aids’s Grants.
Earlier the Executive Director C-PAC-I Comrade Bashir Dauda Sabuwar Unguwa said the one day roundtable gives opportunity for youth to discuss Katsina State Budget Implementation, performance and Impact Assessment from 2024 to date.
Comrade Bashir Dauda said the meeting gives room to the citizens who definitely want to know the performance of 2025 budget.
During the meeting representative of Ministry of Budget, Umar Haruna and Chairman Coalition of Civil Society Organizations in Katsina State AbdulRahman Abdullahi Dutsinma spoke on the Budget Implementation.
