










Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, on Saturday inspected the ongoing construction of a Smart Secondary School at Radda town, part of a comprehensive plan to establish modern educational facilities across the three senatorial districts.
The Governor emphasized that the smart schools are designed to ensure children with special needs and those from humble backgrounds have access to quality, technology-driven education.
