
























Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, today attended the 55th Annual Accountants’ Conference of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), held at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja.
The five-day conference, which runs from October 6 to 10, 2025, is themed “Building Resilience Aligning Reforms for Nigeria’s Development.” It brings together leading accountants, financial experts, policymakers, and business leaders from across the country to discuss strategies for strengthening Nigeria’s economy through effective reforms and professional accountability.
The event serves as a vital platform for knowledge exchange, enabling participants to engage with emerging global trends, industry best practices, and key regulatory developments. It also provides a valuable networking opportunity, fostering collaboration between professionals in the public and private sectors toward driving sustainable national development.
A major highlight of the conference was a series of panel sessions where renowned professionals presented thought-provoking papers on accountability, financial governance, and sustainable economic reforms. The sessions underscored ICAN’s pivotal role in promoting transparency, integrity, and fiscal discipline across Nigeria’s institutions.
