Katsina state government has prepared the second batch of sixty- eight indigenous students to go to China to pursue degree program on Artificial intelligence and Bio-technology .
Speaking in Hausa, in a short video clip circulated on the web, at the Public Engagement, 2025 Citizens Budget Participation Process and Launching of Community Development Programme held in Daura, Katsina, Governor Radda called on citizens to actively resist bandits and protect their communities.
