President Bola Tinubu has approved a a new board for the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), replacing the chairman, Chief Pius Akinyelure and the group chief executive officer, Mele Kyari.
The Northern Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, has raised alarm and expressed a complete rejection of a proposed bill which recently passed its second reading in the House of Representatives on the conversion of 37 Local Council Development Areas, LCDAs, into Local Government Areas in Lagos state.
