Photo News: Governor Radda Attends Funeral Prayer Of Alhaji Ali KD Kofar Durbi

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, on Sunday attended the funeral prayer for the late Alhaji Aliyu Musa Kofar Durbi, popularly known as Ali KD, at his residence in Katsina.

Late Ali KD was an uncle to the Sardaunan Katsina and former NIA boss Alhaji Ahmed Rufai Abubakar.

Governor Radda joined family members, relatives, community leaders, Islamic scholars and other mourners to offer funeral prayers for the deceased and condole with his family.

After the funeral prayer, the Governor joined other mourners in accompanying the remains of the late Ali KD to the burial ground, where he was laid to rest. He also offered prayers for the repose of his soul.

The late Alhaji Ali KD was widely known for his generosity, integrity and contributions to the promotion of Islam, as well as his support for members of his community.

Governor Radda prayed Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus and give his family, relatives and the people of Kofar Durbi the strength to bear the loss.

Among those who attended the funeral were the Speaker of the Katsina State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahaya Daura; members of the Katsina State Executive Council; senior government officials; religious leaders; community leaders; and other mourners.
