Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, today attended the Wedding Fatiha of Muhammad Faruk Jobe, son of his Deputy, Malam Faruk Lawal Jobe, and his bride, Juwairiyya Isma’ila Lange, at the Annor Mosque, Abuja.
Governor Radda stood as Wakil (representative) of the groom at the ceremony, where the bride price was announced as N500,000. He prayed for the couple and wished them a blessed and peaceful married life.
The Fatiha was graced by dignitaries including the Minister of Agriculture, Sen. Abubakar Kyari; former APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje; businessman Alhaji Dahiru Barau Mangal; Speaker of the Katsina State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahya Daura; the Wazirin Katsina, Sen. Ibrahim Ida; former Minister Ahmed Musa Dangiwa; Principal Private Secretary to the Governor, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Turaji; Secretary to the State Government, Hon. Abdullahi Garba Faskari; members of the State Executive Council and House of Assembly, among other distinguished guests.
