Katsina State High Court 9, presided over by Justice I.I. Mashi, has sentenced two men to death for the murder of the former state Commissioner for Science and Technology , Rabe Nasir, in 2021.
The Commissioner of Police, Katsina State Command, Bello Shehu, has presented cheques amounting ten million, nine hundred and fifty-seven thousand, two hundred and ninety-two naira, seventy-two kobo (₦10,957,292.72k) to thirty-four (34) beneficiaries under the Group Life Assurance and the IGP’s Family Welfare Scheme for the next of kin of police personnel who lost their lives in active service to the nation under Katsina State Command.
