The Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW-IRS) has advised residents of their responsibility in tax payment compliance and enlighten stakeholders on new tax reforms to increase revenue base of the state.
A Dedicated special units has been established by the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF) to oversee the direct disbursement of funds to Nigeria’s 774 local government areas (LGAs) to align with the planned implementation of financial autonomy for the third tier of government, set to commence this month.
