BREAKING NEWS: APC campaign train berths in Matazu as PDP resumes tour in Rimi

Barring any unforeseen circumstance, the campaign train of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Katsina State is expected to leave the state capital, Katsina, for Matazu Local Government Area today, January 23, after a successful outing it experienced at the weekend.

According to the Director of Protocol of the Katsina APC Campaign Council, Koguna Jibia, the campaign train is scheduled to leave Katsina for Karadua immediately after completing the BBC programme for political parties in the state.

The train, he said, is expected to be received by Matazu LGA stakeholders by 2pm at Karadua where it will move to Matazu District Head Office before it will berth at the venue of the rally at about 3pm.

The ward to ward outing will take the tour to among others: Sayaya, Mazoji A, Mazoji B, Ilalla, Gwarjo, Dissi, Kogari and Jikamshi.

Also, Rimi Local Government Area beckons to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today after the BBC organized event for political candidates.

The PDP witnessed an epoch –  making rallies in Jibia and Kaita Local Government Areas on Friday and Saturday respectively and is confident of no less an outing in Rimi this Monday.
