The Emir of Katsina, His Royal Highness Alhaji Dr. Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, CFR, turbans Alhaji Muhammadu Dikko Radda as the new Gwagwaren Katsina II and Hakimin Radda during a historic ceremony held in Katsina.
The newly turbaned Gwagwaren Katsina II, son of Katsina State Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, becomes the first District Head of the newly created Radda District in Charanchi Local Government Area, stepping into a title that carries the weight of a noble lineage and the promise of a new era of service.
The event was graced by crème de la crème from within and outside Nigeria including Kano Governor Abba Kabir, Katsina Deputy Governor Faruk Lawal Jobe, Deputy Governor Engr.Aminu Usman Gumel. Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari, Zinder Governor Col. Massalatchi Mahamam Sani, Emir of Daura Alhaji Faruk Umar Faruk, Sultan of Damagaram (Zinder) El Hadji Aboubacar Oumarou Sanda among other top dignitaries.
