*Govt holds valedictory session for him, affirms confidence in his capacity to “superbly deliver” in ministerial office
Katsina State Government on Wednesday at its inaugural executive council meeting held a valedictory session in honour of the outgoing Secretary to the Government of the State, Arch. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, at the Government House Council Chamber.
Arch Ahmed Dangiwa, together with Hajiya Hannatu Musa Musawa, the Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Culture and Entertainment Economy, who are indigenes of Katsina, were recently nominated by Mr. President as Ministers-designate.

Chief Press Secretary to the State Governor, Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, after the valedictory session, noted that Governor Radda, reaffirmed his confidence on Arch. Dangiwa and Musawa to ‘superbly deliver’ on their ministerial jobs, after their confirmation and subsequent swearing in as members of the Federal Executive Council, FEC.
Radda said he is not in doubt of the individual commitment and zeal of the Katsina ministerial nominees, saying they are passionate about making their own contributions to Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
“I can only wish them Allah’s guidance as they represent Katsina in the Federal Executive Council, being our true ambassadors. Both Arch. Dangiwa and Hajiya Hannatu Musawa, I believe will not disappoint our good people. They are eminently qualified to be our ministers, and as a government, we shall offer them our invaluable support,” the Katsina Chief Executive said.
While responding, Dangiwa announced his resignation as Katsina SGS, saying: “This is the first and last time I will be attending our State Executive Council meeting, as I and Hajiya Hannatu Musa Musawa will be joining the Federal Executive Council as new Ministers.
“I wish to thank, most profoundly, Governor Radda for the opportunity he gave me to serve as his SSG. And let me say that even though I will be leaving for a higher responsibility, I will always be available to offer my contribution to the success of Governor Radda’s administration”.
The Deputy Governor of Katsina State, Hon. Faruk Lawal Jobe, led other members of the council to extol the leadership qualities of Dangiwa and his tremendous passion for the progress of the State.
